Low Medium High
Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom
BT011 Refrigerator Compartment Air Sensor Fault High A separate thermometer placed inside the column shows temperature 5–15°F higher or lower than the InfoLight display target after several hours. View BT021 Refrigerator Evaporator Sensor Fault Medium Cabinet temperature is normal at first but slowly creeps upward as ice builds on the evaporator and progressively blocks airflow. View BT031 Freezer Compartment Air Sensor Fault High A separate thermometer placed inside the affected freezer column reads 10–20°F warmer than the InfoLight display target after a few hours. View BT071 Ambient Air Sensor Fault Low Cabinet temperature stays at the set point because the cabinet sensor is unaffected. BT071 is a degraded-mode fault, not a food-safety fault. View GQ033 Base Compartment Fan Motor Fault High The compressor runs but cannot reject heat efficiently because the condenser coil is starved of airflow. Cabinet temperature climbs by 5–10°F over several hours. View PH001 Communication Error Between Control Boards High The user interface cannot communicate with the column control board, so it shows nothing useful. Touch buttons either do not respond or do not produce expected results. View PZ001 User Interface Hardware Error Low The visible display panel inside the column shows nothing, all dashes, or fragmented digits. Touch buttons may light up but produce no response. View PZ002 User Interface Memory Error Low Time/date, display language, alarm thresholds, and SuperCool/SuperFrost activation memory revert to defaults each time power is interrupted because the user interface cannot save them between sessions.
