Common Symptom
DOR
Door Open Alert
Medium
A regular soft beep cycles from the control panel, often paired with a flashing alarm icon. The alarm clears as soon as the door switch reports closed.
View
F0
BioFresh Compartment Sensor Fault
Medium
Greens, fish, and meat in the BioFresh drawers begin to deteriorate sooner than usual because the drawer climate has drifted away from its target temperature.
View
F1
Refrigerator Compartment Air Sensor Fault
High
The display still shows the target temperature, but the actual cabinet feels noticeably warm to the touch (sensor reading too cold) or items begin to freeze (sensor reading too warm).
View
F2
Refrigerator Evaporator Sensor Fault
Medium
Cabinet temperature is normal at first but slowly creeps upward as ice accumulates on the evaporator and progressively blocks airflow.
View
F5
Microprocessor / Control Board Fault
High
The control panel may go blank, show a jumbled string of characters, or display a temperature that does not change when buttons are pressed.
View
F6
Communication or Compressor Circuit Fault
High
Open the door and listen near the rear of the cabinet — a healthy Liebherr compressor produces a steady soft hum. Silence or repeated start-stop cycles indicate the inverter is not receiving consistent commands.
View
F7
Ambient Air Sensor Fault
Low
The anti-condensation door heaters are normally modulated based on ambient temperature; without the F7 sensor reading they default to a fixed setting that under-heats the door in humid environments.
View
F8
Compressor or Cooling System Abnormal
High
Listen near the rear of the cabinet — a healthy BluPerformance compressor produces a steady soft hum that cycles on and off through the day. Silence or unbroken continuous running both indicate an F8-class fault.
View
F9
Voltage or Power Supply Fault
High
The appliance powers off without warning when the supply voltage drops below the BluPerformance minimum or rises above the upper limit; it restarts when supply returns to range.
View
F10
Ice Maker System Fault
Low
The ice bin is empty and stays empty even after the normal ice-making cycle period. The cabinet continues to cool normally; only the ice maker is affected.
View
F11
Ice Maker Water Leak
Medium
Pull the ice bin and inspect the ice maker compartment — pooled water, water staining, or wet residue indicates a leak that has triggered F11.
View
F12
SuperCool Function Fault
Medium
Pressing the SuperCool button on the control panel produces no response, or the function activates briefly and cancels itself within a minute or two.
View
HF
Post-Power-Cut Warm Alarm
Medium
A continuous or pulsing alarm tone announces that the unit experienced a temperature excursion while you were away.
